Right after I bought a copy of Cyberstudio in 1997 I offered the board of the Dutch-Japanese Association to make a homepage for them. I was a member of the association and felt the need to offer them a different way of communicating with their members and a platform to attract more members.

After a few weeks struggling with the application and html I completed my very first trial which I took a very simple design and used a basic form design.

To my surprise the basis of the site i built in 1997 is still in use as I write this text in september 2009. Only the menu changed a little bit.
